Vetted attorneys and, where permitted, allied legal professionals add judgment in flat-fee limited-scope engagements or representation, on the person's terms. It is confidential by design: conversations leave no transcript, matters train no model, and a sealed matter is readable by no one at Briefcase. Briefcase Legal Empowerment, Inc. is a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation in Nashville, Tennessee, with its mission written into the corporate form.
